Same Clients, New Image

business supportObama's campaign for change has already led to changes in the private sector. One area that has pivoted 180 degrees is right-wing radio. Radio hosts that usually spend all day talking down to democrats as confused children had to make some big decisions on Tuesday. Will it be a simple switch from

"We're the best and we're in charge"
to
"You guys are the worst - we're gonna get you."
Sean Hannity - the #2 guy in radio - has had to make that decision. Where originally he positioned himself as the cynical parent of liberals - educating them in proper thinking - now he has made a switch. He - or his staff - has already invented new catch phrases and 1-liners:

"The Radical Liberals Have Taken Over."
"The Conservative Underground movement is under way."
"Conservatism in Exile."

He has effectively created a whole new purpose for the show and goal-setting entrepreneurial minds should take note: For the past 365+ days his show's whole purpose was to get the republicans back in the white house - now that the election is over what is he to do? What does any business person do when they reach one of their goals? They set new ones.

"The Radical Liberals have taken over." Now he's the underdog. Now the Rocky 3 Music that he plays at the beginning of his show actually means something. Simply put, Sean Hannity's message is this: Whether we're ON top or AIMING for the top - it's cool to be with us. It's a fun energy with attitude and I think that's why right-wing radio gets far more listeners than the left side.

Politics is like business on steroids - especially during the election process.

Take a look at your business and its image, its position in the market. Is it time to change directions? Choose a new image? Do you even HAVE an image? Are you consistently building, molding and stregnthening it?

Success Quotes of The Day
Take a look at the daily life of the ultra wealthy - you'll notice that each one of them does different things during their day -- and THAT means that action is not the key element to success.

It's something else.
